Francese is our dedicated healthcare virtual assistant. Based remotely from the Philippines, Francese is a registered medical laboratory scientist with three years of experience working in public hospitals. This extensive background has honed her deep sense of compassion and commitment to patient care, even from thousands of miles away. She has provided invaluable support by scribing for over 2,000 patients and plays a crucial role in billing insurance and quality control.
What Francese finds most fulfilling about her job is witnessing the profound impact that improved vision can have on someone’s life. Outside of work, she enjoys caring for her three rescued dogs, advocating for stray animals, and watching movies.
Please note that our office is closed for lunch from 12:30-1:30pm.
